Shipping Policy

Delivery address
We will only ship to the address provided in the billing address or shipping address provided
during your purchase.
Please ensure correct address and contact telephone number are provided when completing
your order.

Change Shipping Address
If you have any request to change the delivery address, please email us at
ad***@******ja.com within 12 hours after the delivery of your order.
If a change of delivery address request is made after 24 hours after order confirmation,
Customer will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
We will not be responsible if the wrong delivery address is given and the goods are
back to us.
All returns to you will be charged for the relevant delivery charges
revealed on request for a second delivery attempt.

Delivery time
It usually takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for the item to reach your home
destination. Deliveries will be made during office hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm
weekdays only.

Tracking number
Once the item leaves our warehouse and is picked up by our delivery partner, the tracking ID for
the package will be notified to you via email or in the rizqteja website.
