“For the sake of figs and olives” (at-Tiin : 1)

Allah SWT has mentioned in the Quran about olives. This shows that olives also have many unique features that are rarely known and investigated. In the Quran, olives are mentioned seven times, twice they are mentioned alone and five times they are described in the Quran together with other fruits such as dates, pomegranates, grapes and figs.

OLIVE IN THE HADITH OF THE RASULULLAH ﷺ
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Eat olive oil and apply it to your body because it comes from a blessed tree.”
(Hadith narrated by At-Tirmidhi).
This hadith shows that olives are not only suitable for consumption but also for external use.
